What's up with the nicknames?

BEN: they are just lame names that justin(goldtoof) started calling everyone and they just stuck.....he has a way of making fun of people.....

Is it true that some of you went to the same high school?

BEN: all of us but greg went to sonora high....and he got kicked out of his school so he was always at ours......

Is there a band you haven't played with that you would like to play with someday?

BEN: huge list....a short but sweet version......korn, 311, no doubt, .....neil diamond, celine dione, christina aguilera (SPELLING)????

What's the most embarrassing thing that has ever happened to you at a show?

BEN: i would have to give that a big phat nothing.....it really takes a lot to embarrass me......so nothing really has before......

Can your fans expect to see a new album in the year 2000?

BEN: definetely.....we are working on writing it right now......and have made a lot of progress.........the sooner the better

What was the inspiration for the song "Fly Daze" ? (I love that song 'cause it cracks me up and flips me in to "the way back machine")

BEN: we thought it would be funny and a good way to poke fun at ourselves by playing a disco song.......and why not have it about all the cool things that were going on......the shows that NIck at night now plays........thank you nickelodeon for bringing stuff back


The Zebrahead sound bring together so many styles to create your unique brand of music. When you are writing how do you bring all ofthose influences together to create a song?

BEN: it pretty much just happens when everyone puts their own 2 cents in....we are all so different that what we each will play in the same song kinda make it happen..

On the Warped Tour Stats you guys were listed as having a total of 2 tattoos and seven piercings, who, what, and where? I can't see 'em.

BEN: tatoos-----ben (on going neverending tatoo) and ed(a tribal thing that looks like a spider...make fun of him)piercings--justin, ed

Who's music do you take with you on the road?

BEN: portishead, peter parker, deftones, cypress hill, ....pretty much everything and anything

Do you all surf the net? If so, any favorite sites?

BEN: pretty much only greg and myself.......i would have to go with the overall favorite site being the wicked pictures site......

Is the song "Jag Off" written about an ex-girlfriend?

BEN: that would be more about the person in anyones life who won't go away......friend...or lover...whatever.....

For those who don't already know, would you please tell us again......Where did the name Zebrahead come from?

BEN: stole it from the movie zebrahead....no origionality there at all.....a complete stolen name
